Job Summary
To support government and regulatory clients, the full-time Customer Success Manager will build and maintain relationships with licensure boards and associations, ensuring successful product adoption and ongoing engagement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering trusted relationships to support long-term partnerships
- Onboard new users and conduct training sessions to ensure effective utilization of compliance management technology
- Lead regular check-ins and account reviews to assess client needs and proactively address concerns
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably in technology or software
- Experience working with government agencies or licensure boards is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Solid understanding of compliance management principles and practices
- Proficiency in CRM or Customer Success software such as Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce
