Job Summary

Advising finance professionals from middle management to the C-suite, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will customize the Datarails platform, train clients on product updates, and manage client relationships to enhance their financial reporting and modeling processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Understand client situations to simplify financial models and existing data
  • Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions related to budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers and provide ongoing financial reporting support
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role with a finance or accounting background
  • Deep knowledge and experience with advanced Excel functions, including formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Table, and Power Query
  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage with CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance
  • Comfortable with upselling and renewal conversations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
