Job Summary
Managing a customer base of over 30 clients, the remote Customer Success Manager will uphold customer success strategies, oversee the customer lifecycle from launch to renewal, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure optimal customer journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate recording of customer interactions and schedule follow-ups
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s with key stakeholders and quarterly Executive Business Reviews
- Proactively assist in problem resolution and maintain detailed documentation of customer service actions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales/Account Management, or Professional Services within an Enterprise Software or SaaS company
- Demonstrable success in collaborating with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders and executives
- Proven ability to thrive in a fluid environment with limited processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both business-oriented and technical audiences
