Job Summary

Supporting all non-digital incentive programs, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage project execution, client relationships, and operational excellence for CPG and Retail marketers.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate execution of In-Store, Merchandising, At Home, and Digital Media programs, including contract management and program reporting
  • Collaborate with Sales to provide executional details and pre-sale support for assigned accounts
  • Manage day-to-day account activities, maintaining status grids and troubleshooting client inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in Campaign Management, Customer Success, or Client Services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-first solutions
  • Proficiency in Office (Excel/Word/PPT); Salesforce experience is a plus
