Job Summary

Owning the customer lifecycle, the remote Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, drive subscription renewals, and foster customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee customer experience to promote adoption and satisfaction with the Appspace platform
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings to identify challenges and ensure smooth software operation
  • Facilitate training sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales with a focus on customer support
  • Experience in the computer software industry, preferably SaaS
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and ability to train customers on software changes
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational and multitasking skills
