Job Summary

Driving client adoption of the Judi Care healthcare navigation platform, the full-time Customer Success Manager will lead product demonstrations, facilitate client training, and create documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead live product demos and training sessions for clients during implementation and post-launch
  • Translate product workflows into engaging training materials and documentation tailored for different client audiences
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing questions, issues, and feedback while providing go-live support
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in PBM or HealthTech
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, client training, or implementation roles within healthcare technology
  • Demonstrated experience training users on software platforms and explaining technical workflows to non-technical audiences
  • Strong client-facing presence with experience leading demos and presentations
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Confluence, and Jira
