Job Summary

Owning relationships with freight customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive onboarding, engagement, and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for freight customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Identify customer pain points and operational gaps, translating insights into scalable solutions
  • Develop and refine onboarding processes and customer engagement strategies as the vertical grows
Required qualifications
  • 4-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Logistics, or related roles
  • Experience in freight, transportation, logistics, trucking, or supply chain industries strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes
  • Strategic mindset with comfort in navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
  • Data-driven approach to customer management and problem solving
