Job Summary
Owning relationships with freight customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive onboarding, engagement, and retention while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for freight customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Identify customer pain points and operational gaps, translating insights into scalable solutions
- Develop and refine onboarding processes and customer engagement strategies as the vertical grows
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Logistics, or related roles
- Experience in freight, transportation, logistics, trucking, or supply chain industries strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive measurable outcomes
- Strategic mindset with comfort in navigating ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
- Data-driven approach to customer management and problem solving
