Job Summary
Driving customer outcomes and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will help clients transition from onboarding to adoption maturity, renewal readiness, and expansion while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and delivering measurable business value.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute success plans tied to customer goals and measurable outcomes
- Deliver value communication through QBRs, EBRs, and BVRs, linking platform usage to customer success
- Manage renewal readiness and risk by maintaining clear status and coordinating action plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or SaaS post-sales roles
- Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and renewal outcomes in complex accounts
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
- Experience working across internal teams to resolve blockers and drive results
- Familiarity with DevOps and software delivery concepts is a plus
