Job Summary

Driving customer outcomes and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will help clients transition from onboarding to adoption maturity, renewal readiness, and expansion while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and delivering measurable business value.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute success plans tied to customer goals and measurable outcomes
  • Deliver value communication through QBRs, EBRs, and BVRs, linking platform usage to customer success
  • Manage renewal readiness and risk by maintaining clear status and coordinating action plans
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or SaaS post-sales roles
  • Proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and renewal outcomes in complex accounts
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
  • Experience working across internal teams to resolve blockers and drive results
  • Familiarity with DevOps and software delivery concepts is a plus
