Job Summary
Serving as the primary post-sales partner for a portfolio of approximately 30 enterprise accounts across the US Central region, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes while driving measurable business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, managing onboarding, adoption, and renewals
- Lead customer kickoffs and success planning, aligning stakeholders on goals and measurable outcomes
- Monitor customer health and product usage to proactively identify risks and drive resolution
Required qualifications
- Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise SaaS customers, including kickoffs and QBRs
- Ability to translate product usage into measurable business outcomes and ROI narratives
- Technical fluency in engaging with IT and engineering stakeholders on automation and integrations
- Proven track record of supporting renewals and driving retention and growth outcomes
- Strong operational skills to manage priorities and maintain stakeholder alignment effectively
