Job Summary

Owning and nurturing relationships with government agencies and public entities, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will proactively engage clients, ensure effective platform adoption, and drive retention and satisfaction metrics.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of government agencies, ensuring they derive value from the platform
  • Conduct proactive outreach and coordinate onboarding, training, and follow-up activities to maintain high engagement levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide insights for product improvements
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing coordination role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or the public sector is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and outreach tracking
  • Familiarity with government agencies and procurement processes is beneficial
  • Must be based in the Central Time zone or further East
