Job Summary

Owning and managing multiple complex health plan accounts, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will build trusted client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction and retention within the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success and relationship management of assigned health plan accounts
  • Facilitate resolution of client issues by coordinating with Engineering, Product, and other internal teams
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and protect recurring revenue
Required qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple enterprise or complex customer accounts in healthcare or related environments
  • Strong relationship-building skills with confidence in engaging executive-level stakeholders
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes through influence
  • Comfort handling escalations and facilitating resolutions across multiple internal teams
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, with strong soft skills and leadership presence
