Job Summary
Owning and managing multiple complex health plan accounts, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will build trusted client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction and retention within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer success and relationship management of assigned health plan accounts
- Facilitate resolution of client issues by coordinating with Engineering, Product, and other internal teams
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and protect recurring revenue
Required qualifications
- Experience managing multiple enterprise or complex customer accounts in healthcare or related environments
- Strong relationship-building skills with confidence in engaging executive-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes through influence
- Comfort handling escalations and facilitating resolutions across multiple internal teams
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, with strong soft skills and leadership presence
