Job Summary

Building client loyalty and success, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will develop and implement a touchpoint strategy for small market accounts, ensuring product adoption and client satisfaction while acting as the voice of the customer.

Key responsibilities:
  • Aid company growth by nurturing and building relationships across a portfolio of clients
  • Establish clear goals and metrics with clients, periodically reassessing and reviewing progress
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • Ability to articulate customer business requirements and anticipate needs based on common scenarios
  • Skilled at solving business problems using the Energage platform and offerings
  • Strong multi-task management skills across varied responsibilities
  • Experience maintaining accurate records in SalesForce.com
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a consultative approach to developing rapport with clients
