Job Summary
Proactively managing a portfolio of 80-100 clients, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive customer retention and growth by ensuring adoption of the platform, executing project milestones, and facilitating renewals in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery and product offerings
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven track record of driving customer retention and growth
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Exceptional analytical skills for client data analysis
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10% for client meetings and conferences
