Job Summary
Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time Manager of Customer Success will focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and growth in a remote environment while ensuring operational excellence and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure adherence to best practices and processes for scalable customer success outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to address customer needs and align on strategic goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success Management experience in EdTech/SaaS
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Proficiency in SFDC, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Experience with Tableau and data analysis for strategic decision-making
- Strong development coaching and leadership skills
