Job Summary

Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time Manager of Customer Success will oversee customer engagement and retention strategies while working remotely to ensure exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve KPIs and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics while ensuring adherence to best practices and processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to address customer needs and align on strategic goals
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of Customer Success Management experience in EdTech/SaaS
  • 2+ years of Sales Management experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
