Job Summary
Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time Manager of Customer Success will focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and growth in the Secondary Education sector while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure adherence to best practices and scalable outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to align on strategic goals and address customer needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success Management experience in EdTech/SaaS
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Proficiency with SFDC, Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Experience with Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
