Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will serve as a vital bridge between clients and the company, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving success through digital marketing solutions for nonprofits in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Guide customers in utilizing the Feathr app to enhance their marketing efforts and achieve their goals
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process, including contract management and pricing, to ensure customer retention
  • Lead the creation and execution of Joint Success Plans to align customer objectives with Feathr's offerings
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or B2B SaaS Account Management
  • 2+ years of experience in developing or managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong preference for candidates with nonprofit or association industry experience
  • Proven ability to lead strategic conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Experience with Salesforce and account management tools is a plus
