Job Summary
Focused on driving customer success, the full-time remote Customer Success and Onboarding Manager will ensure clients are effectively launched and achieving results with Wonderly's platform by diagnosing issues, managing onboarding processes, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding and early success of each customer, ensuring effective use of the platform
- Launch and monitor ads, website, and funnel performance while diagnosing and resolving issues
- Work directly with customers to facilitate lead follow-through and coordinate with internal teams to address product gaps
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a high-performance environment (startup, ops, consulting, sales, etc.)
- New graduates are welcome if they have demonstrated high performance in school, sports, or side projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Clear and direct communication skills with a high sense of ownership and accountability
