Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of mid-market clients, the fully remote Customer Success Manager will be responsible for understanding customer goals, executing success plans, and driving adoption and satisfaction with the company's solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their strategic goals and develop success plans
- Manage customer relationships post-implementation to ensure retention and expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to address customer needs and drive accountability
Required qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management, or Account Management in a SaaS environment
- Fluent in German and English; Swiss German is a plus
- Strong understanding of SaaS business drivers and customer value
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
