Job Summary
Owning client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage property management clients, ensuring they maximize value from services while troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and kickoff processes, aligning expectations and communication
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and driving service adoption
- Triage and resolve client-reported issues, collaborating with technical teams for solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of account management or client success experience in a service-oriented environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and experience with task management tools
- Comfortable using ChatGPT and other digital tools for productivity and communication
