Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager, this full-time remote position will manage client relationships in the CPG trade management sector, guiding customers toward measurable business value and deeper platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities and Impact
- Build deep, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a proactive strategic advisor
- Analyze customer usage patterns and business context to identify adoption gaps and growth opportunities
- Champion customer success internally by advocating for improvements across product, sales, and marketing
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management with a strong understanding of trade spend
- Experience in the CPG industry, particularly with deductions, accruals, and trade finance
- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze ambiguous situations and develop evidence-based recommendations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Proactive account leadership with a customer-first mindset and technical aptitude with SaaS platforms
