Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager, this full-time remote position will manage client relationships in the CPG trade management sector, guiding customers toward measurable business value and deeper platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities and Impact
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with customers by acting as a proactive strategic advisor

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management with a strong understanding of trade spend
  • Experience in the CPG industry, particularly with deductions, accruals, and trade finance
  • Strong critical thinking skills to analyze ambiguous situations and develop evidence-based recommendations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to various audiences
  • Proactive account leadership with a customer-first mindset and technical aptitude with SaaS platforms
