Job Summary

To support customer engagement and retention, the full-time Customer Success Manager will build long-term relationships with clients, ensure timely renewals, and serve as a trusted advisor while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure timely renewals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating solutions while collaborating with various internal teams
  • Develop and manage customer success strategies, account plans, and performance reports
Required qualifications
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service
  • Previous experience in a technology company, preferably SaaS
  • Proficient in generating reports and analyzing data
  • Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously and work effectively in a startup environment
