Job Summary
To support customer engagement and retention, the full-time Customer Success Manager will build long-term relationships with clients, ensure timely renewals, and serve as a trusted advisor while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure timely renewals
- Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating solutions while collaborating with various internal teams
- Develop and manage customer success strategies, account plans, and performance reports
Required qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service
- Previous experience in a technology company, preferably SaaS
- Proficient in generating reports and analyzing data
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously and work effectively in a startup environment
