Job Summary
To drive customer engagement and success, the full-time Customer Success Manager will lead onboarding efforts, build long-term relationships, and implement retention strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead impactful customer onboarding experiences to ensure long-term success
- Design and execute strategies to minimize churn and enhance customer retention
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and proactive support
Required qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Close.io, or Hubspot
- Experience in building and troubleshooting workflows and automations in HubSpot, GHL, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Some experience in customer success, account management, or a related role (SaaS or CRM preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology
