Job Summary
Owning the customer journey, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on onboarding, adoption, and long-term success while working remotely to drive customer engagement and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the customer journey from setup and onboarding to adoption and long-term success
- Capture and structure customer feedback to inform product and engineering decisions
- Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate expansions and renewals
Required qualifications
- Background as a former founder, early employee, or operator in a startup environment
- Experience in technical, finance, economics, or product roles
- Proficiency in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-heavy products
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, BI tools, or workflow systems
- Strong customer-facing experience with a proven ability to guide and close deals
