Job Summary

Owning the customer journey, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on onboarding, adoption, and long-term success while working remotely to drive customer engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the customer journey from setup and onboarding to adoption and long-term success
  • Capture and structure customer feedback to inform product and engineering decisions
  • Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate expansions and renewals
Required qualifications
  • Background as a former founder, early employee, or operator in a startup environment
  • Experience in technical, finance, economics, or product roles
  • Proficiency in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data-heavy products
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms, BI tools, or workflow systems
  • Strong customer-facing experience with a proven ability to guide and close deals
