Job Summary
Supporting mission-critical transformation and AI initiatives for clients across the Department of War, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage project delivery, bridge technical and business needs, and navigate federal complexities to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive project delivery by taking ownership of customer implementations and resolving technical and political challenges
- Serve as the functional liaison between product engineering teams and customer delivery teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable solutions
- Manage communications across multiple stakeholders and deliver executive-level readouts while supporting customers in leveraging UiPath's AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with public sector/government clients, demonstrating a passion for federal mission work
- Proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles, indicating a non-entry-level expertise
- Comfort with technical project execution and hands-on problem-solving in complex environments
- Ability to adapt to UiPath's evolving customer success model
