Job Summary
To ensure positive customer health and retention, the remote Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, oversee product adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to help customers achieve their business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop communication strategies and assess customer requirements to enhance product adoption and resolve issues
- Implement account planning strategies to ensure customer retention and growth while managing the renewal process
- Lead business review meetings to demonstrate the value of the Smartling solution and facilitate optimization workshops
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B customer success, client services, or account management role
- Experience managing contract renewals and upsells
- Proven ability to network and manage relationships across various functions within a global customer organization
- Bachelor's degree
- A home office setup conducive for remote work with a strong internet connection
