Job Summary

Passionate about customer success, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will engage clients, drive product adoption, and create tailored success roadmaps to ensure satisfaction and value realization from Verint Product Solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and lead efforts to deliver value to customers by understanding their strategic outcomes and business challenges
  • Drive product adoption and education across the client portfolio to achieve meaningful business outcomes
  • Manage account escalations and advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in a customer-facing role focused on Customer Success
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of products and a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficiency in quickly learning software and effectively demonstrating its capabilities
  • Experience managing diverse tasks concurrently and handling customer service issues effectively
