Job Summary
Passionate about customer success, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will engage clients, drive product adoption, and create tailored success roadmaps to ensure satisfaction and value realization from Verint Product Solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and lead efforts to deliver value to customers by understanding their strategic outcomes and business challenges
- Drive product adoption and education across the client portfolio to achieve meaningful business outcomes
- Manage account escalations and advocate for customer needs cross-departmentally to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years in a customer-facing role focused on Customer Success
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of products and a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in quickly learning software and effectively demonstrating its capabilities
- Experience managing diverse tasks concurrently and handling customer service issues effectively
