Job Summary

To support a growing fulfillment operation, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, handle escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure exceptional service.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline fulfillment processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide actionable insights from customer feedback to drive improvements and monitor service metrics
Required qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management
  • Experience in the eCommerce fulfillment industry is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and project management skills
