Job Summary
Owning the post-sale customer lifecycle, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage renewals, account expansion, and customer retention strategies while working remotely in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, and renewal strategy
- Drive upsell and expansion opportunities by identifying customer needs and aligning solutions with business outcomes
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
- Proven success in managing renewals and upsells in a SaaS environment
- Experience with complex software solutions and managing a diverse portfolio of customers
- Strong commercial instincts and comfort with executive-level conversations
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
