Job Summary
To support a growing client portfolio, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, client communication, and retention strategies while working remotely in the US or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring clear communication and a smooth launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for approximately 30 client accounts, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews
- Collaborate with the media buying team to align on campaign strategies and proactively address client needs
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and familiarity with Google Ads concepts
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with native or near-native English fluency
- Highly coachable with an ownership mentality and a performance-driven mindset
- Experience in a digital marketing agency environment is a strong plus
