Job Summary

As a full-time remote Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will provide email marketing strategy and support to clients, ensuring they effectively utilize the platform to engage their audiences and drive ticket sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver email marketing strategies and best practices to clients, maintaining regular contact with key accounts
  • Nurture and onboard customers, helping them achieve success with the product while gathering feedback for product improvements
  • Contribute to the development of the overall customer experience strategy as the company scales
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot and other Customer Success Management tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients through various channels
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing, either through execution or advising clients
  • Self-motivated with a knack for identifying new opportunities to drive impact
