Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of MCP clients, the full-time Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to banks, credit unions, and mortgage originators, focusing on client retention, upsell opportunities, and delivering value through the Mortgage Cadence Platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships throughout the post-implementation lifecycle, ensuring contract renewals and identifying at-risk accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews with client stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and align on future roadmaps
  • Act as a product educator, helping clients maximize MCP features and advocating for their needs within the organization
Required qualifications
  • Experience working with mortgage lenders, banks, credit unions, or similar, with knowledge of the mortgage origination process
  • Proven ability to retain and grow a book of business through relationship management
  • Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder client organizations, from operations staff to C-level executives
  • Experience identifying and closing upsell opportunities within an existing customer base
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts simultaneously
