Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of mid-market or enterprise customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on retention, relationship management, and driving measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Strategically manage customer accounts, understanding their business objectives and success metrics
  • Lead subscription management efforts to drive retention and mitigate risks while ensuring commitments are met
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and execute expansion opportunities based on customer value realization
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or comparable SaaS roles with mid-market or enterprise portfolios
  • Proven track record of retention, expansion, and renewal outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior leaders effectively
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce; familiarity with customer success platforms is a plus
  • Experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, or B2B SaaS environments is preferred but not mandatory
