Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of publishers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will act as the primary technical advisor, focusing on optimizing ad performance and ensuring client satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own publisher relationships from onboarding through long-term growth and retention, ensuring account success
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of premium and enterprise-level publisher accounts
- Proactively monitor and analyze ad performance, implementing technical optimizations to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding and ad serving principles
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience using browser developer tools
- Experience with CRM and project management tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Zendesk
