Job Summary
Serving as a key partner for customer organizations, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will build and maintain relationships, manage major customer incidents, and analyze data to identify trends and risks.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for major customer incidents, managing expectations and communications through resolution
- Analyze customer data to identify technical trends and risks, and monitor adoption and utilization trends
- Provide proactive guidance on Ping's features based on customer interests and business objectives
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields
- Experience in consulting and implementing IT systems, preferably in cloud services or identity management
- Strong technical aptitude to understand customer use cases and architectural requirements for Ping solutions
- Experience with SFDC, Gainsight, or equivalent CRM systems
- Solid understanding of Cloud Solutions
