Job Summary

Serving as a key partner for customer organizations, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will build and maintain relationships, manage major customer incidents, and analyze data to identify trends and risks.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for major customer incidents, managing expectations and communications through resolution
  • Analyze customer data to identify technical trends and risks, and monitor adoption and utilization trends
  • Provide proactive guidance on Ping's features based on customer interests and business objectives
Required qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields
  • Experience in consulting and implementing IT systems, preferably in cloud services or identity management
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand customer use cases and architectural requirements for Ping solutions
  • Experience with SFDC, Gainsight, or equivalent CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of Cloud Solutions
