Job Summary

To enhance customer retention and drive upsell opportunities, the full-time Customer Success Manager will be responsible for optimizing customer experiences, providing training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Creating and optimizing the customer experience while ensuring implementation of agreed-upon services
  • Collecting customer feedback to improve the implementation of Transflo solutions and maintaining retention metrics
  • Upselling additional products and services, working closely with the sales team to drive customer reliance on Transflo's offerings
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success role
  • Proven ability to understand customer business challenges and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a strong track record of maintaining customer satisfaction and retention rates
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams at various levels
