Job Summary
Owning the full post-sale lifecycle for embedded API and white-label partners, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive partner onboarding, manage health scores, and facilitate quarterly business reviews in a remote capacity across Latin America and Estonia.
Key responsibilities
- Drive partners from contract signature to first live formation within 14 to 30 days
- Maintain a documented health score for every active partner and track partner-sourced downstream revenue
- Run structured quarterly business reviews and manage the at-risk designation process
Required qualifications
- 3 to 6+ years in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or partnerships
- Experience managing a book of 20+ B2B partners or accounts simultaneously
- Familiarity with API documentation and integration requirements
- Demonstrated experience with HubSpot CRM, logging partner interactions and maintaining pipeline stages
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
