Job Summary
Supporting a major Canadian financial institution, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, drive adoption of FICO solutions, and oversee onboarding and renewals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive customer lifecycle management, ensuring value delivery, renewals, and identification of upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to execute account plans and maintain revenue forecasts
- Oversee customer onboarding and implementation support, ensuring high satisfaction and operational readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial experience
- Experience managing clients with complex use cases and multiple stakeholders
- Background in SaaS or software industries with strong client management skills
- Deep familiarity with Canadian financial services, ideally with experience at major banks
- Strong ability to understand customer objectives and guide clients toward measurable success outcomes
