Job Summary

Leading a high-performing Customer Success team, the full-time Manager of Customer Success will oversee the customer lifecycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, focusing on implementation, adoption, renewals, and expansion in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute, lead, coach, and mentor the Customer Success team to drive performance
  • Develop and implement scalable playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and renewals
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales to drive renewal strategies and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles within B2B SaaS or fintech
  • 5+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to scale post-sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of improving customer adoption and retention
  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customer portfolios
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
