Job Summary
As a full-time Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will manage post-sales activities for assigned customers, driving adoption and retention while ensuring they receive maximum value from the company's solutions, with options for onsite, hybrid, or remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to align business strategies and success metrics
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and strategic business reviews

Required qualifications
