Job Summary
Managing customer relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive retention and satisfaction by ensuring successful product adoption and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, overseeing their adoption and success journey
- Proactively monitor customer health and engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to address customer needs and optimize their experience with the platform
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years of directly related experience
- Working knowledge of the vacation rental or short-term rental industries
- Demonstrated ability to work with executive-level clients
- Project management experience preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily workflows to enhance capacity and output quality
