Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager for key accounts in the payer and employer sector, this remote position will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure quality solution delivery and drive product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders to understand strategic goals and drive product adoption
- Act as the main point of contact for client interactions, managing meetings, reporting, and ad hoc requests
- Create success plans that align with customer objectives and facilitate renewals while identifying new revenue opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role, with a proven track record managing complex partnership accounts
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Customer-centric approach focused on achieving customer outcomes in partnership with the company's products
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration at various organizational levels
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and take ownership of assigned projects
