Job Summary

Driving client value realization, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, execute success plans, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute success plans aligned with client outcomes and track usage trends
  • Own ongoing client relationships and lead recurring meetings to ensure alignment
  • Identify risks and upsell signals, coordinating with internal teams for proactive engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Experience in SaaS or data services preferred
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights to clients
  • Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot, DOMO, Zendesk)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with structured execution
