Job Summary
Leading a team to enhance customer engagement and retention, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive customer satisfaction and maximize platform adoption for clients in the online ordering and restaurant technology sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Reduce customer churn through proactive monitoring and tailored retention strategies
- Increase customer lifetime value by fostering relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
- Improve customer experience by addressing needs and ensuring seamless interactions with the platform
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or account management, preferably in SaaS or restaurant technology
- Experience managing a customer-facing team with a proven ability to drive performance
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and develop actionable retention strategies
- Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong client relationships
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, restaurant tech, or online ordering systems is a plus
