Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Customer Success Manager, the ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, drive retention and growth, and ensure successful deployment of YubiKeys while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted partner for customers regarding YubiKey deployment and operational matters
  • Drive customer retention and renewals by understanding business needs and facilitating success with Yubico products
  • Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineers to identify revenue expansion opportunities and support customer roll-outs
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Experience with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with Identity Access Management and Authentication terminology
  • Proficiency in modern customer success and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
