Job Summary

To support and grow a portfolio of Global Security customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes while building relationships with security stakeholders in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Global Security accounts, serving as the primary post-sale contact
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and ongoing training to ensure successful adoption of the platform
  • Own renewal and retention efforts while identifying opportunities for account growth
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate security, intelligence, investigations, or related fields
  • Experience using or evaluating commercial OSINT or investigative platforms
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer relationships
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
