Job Summary

Owning the post-sale experience for specialty contractor customers, the full-time remote Growth Customer Success Manager will manage a large portfolio of accounts through a scalable engagement model that includes onboarding, health monitoring, and AI-enhanced outreach.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive strong renewal rates for a high-volume portfolio of SMB accounts through scalable engagement strategies
  • Lead lightweight onboarding experiences and monitor health scores to proactively address at-risk accounts
  • Design and implement automated outreach sequences while collaborating with the Support team to ensure timely customer responses
Required qualifications
  • Experience as a PM or PE at a commercial contractor
  • Familiarity with change order request processes
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools in a professional context
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and usage metrics
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting compelling outreach
