Job Summary
To support business growth, the full-time Customer Success Manager will assist property managers and owners with the Runwise platform, deliver savings analyses, and identify expansion opportunities while managing customer relationships remotely from New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Assist property managers, supers, and owners with the Runwise platform
- Draft and deliver savings analyses for existing customers
- Proactively identify potential problems that may affect customer goals and savings
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of direct customer management experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Strong ability to build long-term relationships with a diverse range of customers
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues efficiently
- Passion for real estate and/or energy efficiency
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
