Job Summary

To support the US market, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager, based in Latin America, will educate and train clients on the SaaS platform, ensuring successful integration into their daily processes while providing ongoing technical support and mentorship.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and provide technical support throughout their customer journey
  • Conduct training sessions on platform functionalities and best practices to optimize client usage
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client concerns and additional commercial opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in tech support or sales within a B2B SaaS or software company
  • Fluent or native in spoken and written Spanish and English
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to convey knowledge to clients of varying technical backgrounds
  • Customer support focused with a hands-on, sales-oriented personality
  • Experience in the aesthetic industry or medical field is a plus
