Job Summary
Leading a team of Customer Success Managers, the full-time Manager of Customer Success will drive customer engagement and retention strategies while working remotely and ensuring operational excellence in the EdTech sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve their KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure adherence to best practices for scalable customer success outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other teams to align on strategic goals and address customer needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Customer Success Management experience in EdTech/SaaS
- 2+ years of Sales Management experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Google Workspace, and Zoom
- Experience with data analysis and decision-making based on metrics
- Strong development coaching and leadership skills
